Terms and Conditions

• All students must complete the enrollment form and submit required documents
• Minimum age requirement: 16 years for ground school, 17 years for flight training
• Valid medical certificate must be obtained prior to flight training

• Tuition must be paid according to the selected payment plan
• Flight training is billed at hourly rates (aircraft + instructor)
• Ground school courses require full payment before commencement
• Late payments may result in training suspension

• Students must attend at least 90% of scheduled classes
• Excessive tardiness may result in dismissal from the program
• All FAA regulations and school policies must be followed

• Cancellation within 14 days of enrollment: 75% refund (excluding registration fee)
• After 14 days: No tuition refunds for ground school courses
• Flight training accounts will be credited for unused hours
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled

• Zero tolerance for alcohol or drug use before training
• Proper attire required (no open-toe shoes, appropriate clothing)
• All pre-flight checklists must be completed
• Students must report any safety concerns immediately

• Students must maintain satisfactory progress as determined by instructors
• Additional training hours may be required at the instructor's discretion
• Checkride fees are not included in standard tuition
• All FAA knowledge tests are the student's responsibility

Stellar Skies Aviation Academy carries liability insurance as required by law. Students understand and accept the inherent risks of flight training.

The Academy reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, aircraft, or instructors as necessary. Students will be notified of significant changes.
